As a studio manager, you'll be an integral part of keeping our clients happy and liaising between customers and suppliers, organising and scheduling, and, of course, being part of the fun creative world!
Duties and Responsibilities
Client Relations
You'll be in charge of communication with clients over email, Instagram, and telephonically. Use service knowledge and exceptional customer service to increase client retention. You'll handle customer queries and provide them with accurate information.
Scheduling
This is important to keep the flow of the business running. You'll be in charge of client bookings as well as scheduling for appointments, consults and design time.
Studio Responsibilities
Assist with inventory, order and stock supply needed for the shop. Maintain a clean studio appearance. Develop and maintain vendor relationships. Website/social media updates. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the daily operations of a Tattoo Studio.
Finance Managing
Keep track of sales and expenses. Take client booking fees and deal with invoices.

About Carvel
Carvel is a small tattoo and illustration studio, based in Noordhoek. We'll share this tiny space so you'll need to be comfortable with a small desk area. I'm looking for someone friendly, organized and with good client relation skills. Tasks will vary, so an adaptive personality will be best. Forward-thinking is important as you will not be micro-managed.
